One of my clients contacted me asking that he is facing an issue with the WP Form on his website. The issue was that whenever he tries to submit the form, after loading for a while, the following error shows up on the website:
There has been a critical error on this website.

He was using the WP Form lite plugin. It’s indeed an awesome plugin. Also, when I searched for this issue online, I got this link. I somehow got my answer to the issue. But the issue wasn’t resolved. Well, it can be a cache issue, plugins conflict issue, etc. I tried all. His site was hosted on cloudways. So, what I simply did is that I removed the lite plugin and installed the pro version of wpforms plugin. And the issue resolved.
